Apprenticeship Scheme – Registration of Interest Ref. 778

Apprentices

Thank you for your interest in our Apprenticeship scheme.

We recruit for apprentices in the following areas:
•    Software – Development & Testing
•    Mechanical Manufacturing
•    Electronics
•    IT
•    Customer Service

You’ll split your time between a local college completing the academic knowledge and competency qualifications of the programme and on the job training. You’ll also receive paid-for membership with a professional organisation such as the British Computer Society or the IET.

You won’t be on tea duty while you’re here; our apprentices get involved in real projects from the beginning. Throughout the programme, you’ll undertake various mentored work placements and customer projects which will give you hands-on experience to back up the classroom training.

On completion of the scheme, you’ll have a solid foundation to begin your career.

Our Apprenticeship Schemes will be open for applications in October.

In the meantime, we encourage you to register your interest in our scheme.

A registration of interest does not constitute a job application, nor will the registration of interest have any bearing upon the recruitment process itself.

Any individuals who register their interest and who decide to apply for the Apprenticeship Scheme will need to complete an application form once the window for applications has opened in October.

We welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of their ethnic background, gender, disability and/or any other characteristic(s).  All applications will be assessed solely on merit throughout the process.
