This is a full-time role but flexible working patterns will be considered.

Responsible for ensuring the correct delivery and efficient manufacture across all capabilities to fulfill customer requirements.

Working within our Advanced Manufacturing Facility you will bring your existing planning experience to co-ordinate and plan manufacturing job structures and delivery schedules. Complete end to end management requiring regular liaison with Engineering staff and Project Managers. Have ownership of delivery plans across internal and external resources. Responsible for being the POC for jobs planned and liaising with the supply chain team to fulfil production and stock holding requirements.

With our diverse customer base, no two projects will be the same, one project could involve you delivering a new communication system, the next could be developing a new capability on our existing infrastructure.

More About You

• You will deliver high level planning strategies to internal stakeholders by actively developing techniques to achieve delivery performance and accuracy of build.
• You will manage all manufacturing build activities in conjunction with project and technical teams, including negotiation – implementation and on-going monitoring of performance against defined targets of performance, cost and delivery.
• You will define and manage workflow strategy and KPI’s to deliver increased performance in accuracy, service and quality. ·
• You will develop and grow long term relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers; leading project reviews, quotes, negotiations and opportunities, promoting planning best practice.
• You will identify new planning and delivery strategies to meet business requirements through strong manufacturing awareness.

You will also have one or more of the following:

• Be proactive with a high level of communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience of risk and resource management ·
• Experience of developing innovative build and delivery strategies.
• Experience of using MRP/ERP tools.
