HMGCC has a unique and exciting opportunity for a CAD Parts Librarian to join our growing team. At HMGCC we design and develop leading-edge communication systems to support UK interests at home and overseas. We deliver a wide range of products based on broad technologies. Our focus is on product realisation, working with experts from other areas such as radio, mechanical and signal processing.

The CAD Librarian is a pivotal member of the Design Office, providing essential services for hardware development engineers, manufacturing engineers and our supply chain teams.

Accurate and timely management of our purchased parts database enables an effective product development process; all the way from early prototyping through to routine production assembly. The role also supports the manufacturing teams with the early identification of challenging parts and alternates for obsolete parts.

Our work is hugely varied, with time scales for delivery ranging from a couple of weeks to a few years, so we need versatile and passionate people to tackle new problems as we continue to push new technology forward. At HMGCC you'll see how your work can really make a difference.
